Mixing our experiences designing speculative office buildings for Developers and various components of high level Corporate Campus facilities has helped Structure Studio develop a blend of economy, detail and quality in our structural design. Our approach to structural design includes a concentrated effort during the architect’s early conceptual phases to assist the designers and planners in incorporating the most efficient structural systems into the building while fulfilling their design intent. Structural design development drawings are then produced to provide a clear understanding of the structural scope of work, so that an accurate construction budget can be determined. Once the design development documents are approved, the final construction documents can proceed with clear direction and confidence that the project provides for the Owner’s needs and will remain in budget.

Structure Studio has experienced staff on hand to service the project during its’ construction phase. We provide a continuity of personnel who have worked on the project from conception through final design. This provides the Owner and contractor clear interpretations of the construction documents as well as timely approval of shop drawing submittals.
